Carhartt Jackets – Columbia Safety

Hey I’m Mark with Columbia Safety, and today
we’re going to look at a few different coats from Carhartt. We’ll start with the Carhartt Extremes Artic
Quilt-Lined Coat. This water repellent coat is made with cordura nylon, and has arctic-weight
polyester insulation to keep you warm. It has two chest pockets, two lower front pockets
and two inside pockets. The pleated elbow allows for easy movement, and the split back
improves fit. Next is the Carhartt Sandstone Detroit Jacket.
It’s built with 12-ounce 100 percent sandstone duck and has a quilted blanket lining that
makes it very comfortable and warm. It has ample storage with lower front pockets, a
zipper chest pocket and an inside deep well pocket. The sandstone jacket is durable, as
well, with its triple stitched seams. The Shoreline Jacket is a waterproof, breathable
jacket made of durable nylon with a special water-repellent finish. Carhartt uses a breathable
membrane to allow body heat to escape while keeping rain and moisture out. It has a three
piece, removable hood, and comes in either black or army green. This Carhartt Camo Active has Mossy Oak Break-Up
Infinity camo pattern and features a quilted-flannel lined body and quilted-nylon lined sleeves
for warmth. It has two large front pockets, two inside pockets and rib-knit cuffs and
waistband. The quilted-flannel hood has a drawcord closure, and the triple stitched
seams hold it all together. This jacket is also available with Realtree Xtra camo pattern. Carhartt’s Thermal-Lined Duck Active Jacket
is constructed with 12-ounce cotton duck fabric, with a polyester thermal lining. It’s not
the heaviest winter coat, but it’d be ideal for a cool fall or spring day. It has two
large front pockets and two inside pockets. It’s available in brown, black, or dark
navy. To see these jackets, and all other Carhartt
gear like bibs, coveralls, and even FR work wear, visit us at colsafety dot com.

  1. I live in Georgia, and our winters can be very wet and damp for weeks on end. I am looking for a Carhartt jacket for my boyfriend for who is a landscaper for Christmas..so I need something that will keep him warm, keep the moisture out (not necessarily water repellent), and one that has the inside pockets. There are so many options, and I don’t know which one to get. Does anyone have any suggestions???
