DEADLINE WILL BE PREVENTED BY THE SYSTEM FROM

AFFECTING E-6 SAILORS REACHING HIGHER YEAR
TENURE AT 20 YEARS AND SENIOR ENLISTED WHO PLAN
TO RETIRE AT 20 YEARS. THE WAIVER ALLOWS E-6
SAILORS AND SENIOR ENLISTED WHO HAVE
COMPLETED 19 YEARS OF SERVICE AND WILL END THEIR
CAREERS AT THE 20-YEAR MARK TO USE NAVY
