at Navy Federal, we’re focused on bringing
value for our members. And I think that’s a
very important mission. I can see myself being
here very long term. I think one of
the reasons why is most of the people that
I’ve interacted with and the people that I’ve
seen on a daily basis, they’ve been here for 17 years. And that shows to me that they
really, really love and enjoy working here. RACHEL TUNJAR: The
Aspiring Leader Program is a program that’s
offered through learning and development. And it is a nine-month
program that you do a six-month rotation in. So I went from supervisor of
a executive loan officer team to a manager of a training
team in a different department. To give your employees
the opportunity to rotate to a different
department completely and to learn the functions of
that department is incredible. BETH CZUPIL: I love making a
difference at Navy Federal, helping active duty
veterans and their families succeed financially. Not too long ago, we had an
event for operation gratitude where we packaged care kits
for active duty military. And we got to write them
a letter of gratitude to say thank you
for their service. And it was awesome. I was lucky enough to
visit our branch out in Fort Hood in Texas and
see active-duty members in the branch. And it was really powerful
to see our hard work out in the community and helping
those active duty folks. [MUSIC PLAYING]
