Hi everyone, This is Paulo Santiago here from
Logos Global Education, as you know me very well. We are at DIT, Dublin Institute of Technology,
and by January the name will change to Technological University Dublin, TU Dublin. We’re here with
two representatives of the international department, Mr Arnaud Teyssou and Lida Hughes, they both
work for the Latin-American Market. Just a quick question for you guys, for our people
on Instagram and Facebook. What advice would you give to those who want to come to DIT?
Brazilians, latin-Americans, Mexicans, what would be your advice be to them? what I’d
say first of all is a recognised, worldwide education. If you come to DIT or TU Dublin.
It’s guaranteed you are going to get one the best education in Dublin. Most of the countries
in Latin America, Brazil and Mexico, you don’t need a visa to come to study in Ireland which
is a great bonus. you can work and study and you are guaranteed a working visa upon graduation.
Many people here at DIT, after they graduate, do they get jobs? Even being international
students. Yes absolutely, DIT focus on career, very much, a lot more than other institutions.
employment and progression is probably the highest in Dublin, it’s 96%. 96%? See that,
96% progression into employment. What are you waiting for? DIT is a place to go. You can
speak to us, Paulo Santiago, if you’re in Dublin you can drop in and speak to Lida and
Arnaud, they will be happy to assist you to come to this great university. Thanks very
much, guys! God bless.
