It’s been said the world is a book, and
those who do not travel read only one page. Right now I’m on a YP boat, which is one of the Navy’s training ships. I’m on it with 30 other Midshipmen and we’re
making a journey up the East Coast starting at the Naval Academy, arriving
days later in Boston and then turning around and following our course back. This is a glimpse of one leg of our journey. Navigation holds you

Harbor just as the sky grew light and the Sun was rising over the horizon. We
felt the promise of a new day and the beginning of yet another chapter in our
Naval Academy book.
