U.S. Navy Veteran Calvin Klein Gloria

I am a U.S. Navy veteran. I did four
years working on helicopters. I was stationed in San Diego, did two
deployments. It was a blast but I knew it was time to go. The transition was actually bittersweet because I knew I want to go to college from the beginning but didn’t have the support and I knew that if I did my time in military it will
give back to me by giving me GI Bill and I could provide for myself. So after
four years it was time I got out and now I’m in college about transfer to
CSUSB and I’m on my way. I chose Norco because of all the two or
three colleges that I went to they had the most welcoming VRC Center, the staff, the
people, Eric Betancourt pushed me to my limits and actually exceeded my expectations.
So the transition was hard it was difficult but if you keep pushing and
pushing it should be… you should be good because a lot of people the veterans
will help you. It’s like camaraderie. It’s like a brotherhood. It’s like being the
military.
