7TH AT NAVAL STATION NORFOLK. SECRETARY OF THE NAVY RAY MABUS DELIVERED
THE CEREMONY’S PRINCIPAL ADDRESS. “THE HEART OF OUR NAVY AND OUR MOST IMPORTANT

AFTER THE STATE. THE NAVAL ACADEMY IS SEEKING ENLISTED SAILORS
AND MARINES FOR ITS CLASS OF 2018. UP TO 170 ENLISTED PERSONNEL MAY BE APPOINTED
